New Enland versus The Chesapeake Region papers The New World was a position of enthusiasm for the start of the 1600s, with families, single men, ladies all settling in either the Chesapeake district or New England. From the beginning, the New England and Chesapeake settlements varied, anyway by the 1700s the provinces two particularly various social orders shaped.
